There will be Hold Point Inspections in Baukauer Str. 55, 44653 Herne, GERMANY on February 4 & 5, 2025 at 08.00 A.M. Requested control steps; • Dimensional Control before hydrotest • Visual Inspection before hydrotest • Hydrostatic Test • Documentation control (including signing relevant control reports and evaluation of NDT applications) • Final dimensional check after hydrostatic test • Preparing control report regarding to control items, and signing relevant steps of ITP Kindly note that all required controls shall be done according to the as-built drawing or the latest revision drawing. Additionally, the inspector has to have the following qualifications: • Inspector must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in valves and welding. • Inspector must have CSWIP 3.1 Welding Inspectıon Certification. • Inspector must have Radiographic (RT 2) Certification according to EN 9712.
