Please bid as your 1 man/day price+all expenses. - Documents Review: Inspection and Test Plan, Specs/standard, drawings, Materials Certificates, WPSs/PQRs, Welders Qualification, NDT procedures, NDT technicians Qualification, Painting procedures, welding map, material traceability records, visual & dimension inspection reports, NDT reports, painting inspection reports. - Inspection and testing: • Check quantities • Check that items are assembled and completed as per the drawings • Conduct random visual and dimension checks (10%), including weld joints as per the weld map and bolting holes location and dimension. • Trial fit may be required for items that will be assembled at site. • Check Dry Film Thickness for painting. • Check the required painting colours and if there is any special requirements such as warning strips. • Witness random NDT for critical weld joints may be required but painting touch up will be required afterward.
