Our target is not to do a normal inspection but instead, it’s to identify the problems client mentioned (mesh, pot not functioning etc.) does exist or not and if it does, what’s the matrix & %. Anything that’s with scratches will not be counted because those are returned & used goods, for those only have scratches there’s no need to show in the report because used item will inevitably have scratches. The only thing inspector need to check is the list of problems mentioned. So do matching CDF, abnormal test shall NOT be in the inspection protocol, this is very important. Regarding the problems, details we will generate a simple doc (or include video) to inspector. We can’t tell you the exact LOT size now. It should be 900-1,200pcs each item. Inspector needs to count the exact quantity (doesn’t need to count one by one, just need to cunt row & column and do the multiple). Please quote for 3 AQL levels. Level I (32 pieces), Level II (80 pieces), Level III (125 pieces).
