Scope of work: • Visual inspection against the to-be-attached pro forma invoice. Please select and randomly inspect a total of 8 CARTONS (5 from the first line and 3 from the second line). (0 discrepancy can be accepted 1 means rejection) • Quantity verification • Batch numbers (if any) • Packing verification • Marking of all products and outer package • Container loading supervision and sealing (FCL) • Pictures during the inspection process • Return the attached Inspection Report upon completion. Labeling/Marking o Product Description, Brand, Trademark, Exporter/Importer/Manufacturer Details, Grade, Certification Markings (products and outer package) o Model number, Batch number, Prod/Exp date o Storage instructions, Warnings/Claims, Ingredients, etc… o Country of Origin: shall be indelibly marked on the product
